This Policy applies to information we collect from visitors, customers, and authorized users of the Services, including our iOS and Android apps. This Policy does not cover third‑party services you connect to Estimart (e.g., payroll providers) — their practices are governed by their own policies.

• Account & Business Info: name, email, company, role, and authentication data.
• CRM Content: jobs, estimates, proposals, customers, leads, tasks, inventory, photos, and files you upload.
• Usage & Device Data: logs, IP address, browser/app version, device/OS, crash data, and general location (derived from IP).
• Payments: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Mobile Permissions (optional & consent‑based):
  • Location (foreground/background): for timesheets, job‑site verification, and scheduling. You can disable at any time in device settings.
  • Camera / Photos: to attach job photos or documents.
  • Notifications: to send reminders and updates you opt into.
  • Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/AAID, if enabled): used only for app analytics and performance, not for third‑party advertising.

3) How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and features.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud, ensure security and integrity.
• Customer support, product communications, and service notifications.
• Analytics (performance, crash logs, feature usage) to improve reliability.
• Compliance with law, enforcement of agreements, and protection of rights.

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Service Providers (data hosting, analytics, email/SMS, payment processing) under confidentiality and data‑protection obligations.
• Enterprise Admins (your organization) according to your account settings and role permissions.
• Legal/Compliance when required by applicable law, subpoena, or valid government request.
• Business Transfers in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protections.

If we ever engage in cross‑context behavioral advertising or “sharing” under California law, we will provide a clear opt‑out. We currently do not conduct such sharing.

5) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Privacy Rights).

6) Security

We use industry‑standard measures such as TLS encryption in transit, hardened cloud infrastructure, access controls, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; please protect your credentials and devices.

7) Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management and may use analytics cookies or SDKs to measure usage and performance. You can manage cookies via your browser settings. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.

8) Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for use by businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

9) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have rights to:

• Access or obtain a copy of your personal information.
• Correct inaccuracies in your information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell).
• Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we collect very limited sensitive data, if any).
• Appeal a decision regarding your request.

To exercise rights, email [email protected] or use the in‑app request flow (Settings → Privacy). We will verify requests using your account email and may request additional information to confirm your identity and authority.

10) Account Deletion (Apps & Web)

You can delete your account and associated personal information by:

1. In the mobile app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
2. Or email us: send a request from your registered email to [email protected].

We may retain minimal records as required by law, to prevent fraud, or to meet audit obligations.

11) App Store & Google Play Disclosures

• Data types collected: account identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, optional precise/approximate location, and user‑provided content (photos/files) when you choose to upload.
• Purposes: core functionality (CRM features), app performance, security, and customer support. No third‑party advertising.
• User controls: you can revoke location, camera, photo, and notification permissions at any time in device settings.

12) International Users

Our Services are primarily intended for U.S. businesses. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the United States where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Services or email. The "Effective" date at the top will indicate the latest revision.
